This outstanding reading log was designed and used by Fort Bend County Libraries for their 2001 Young Adult Reading Program. In this program, teens are rewarded for participating in library programs, for reading various genres, for completing Internet scavenger hunts, for playing educational computer games, and for enjoying multi-media library materials. The reading log is printable and is an excellent example for librarians who are designing logs for their programs.
