| October 31, 2009 | Plan of Action form due. The Texas State Libraries & Archives Commission will review and take action on libraries that have not submitted a Plan of Action at the next meeting following this deadline. |
| October 31, 2009 | All previous reports must be submitted. The Texas State Libraries & Archives Commission will review and take action on libraries with delinquent reports at the next meeting following this deadline.. |
| February 28, 2010 | Signed contracts due. The Texas State Libraries & Archives Commission will review and take action on libraries that have not submitted a signed contract at the next meeting following this deadline. |
| March 7, 2010 | Interim Performance Reports due. |
| March 31, 2010 | Interim Financial Status Reports due. |
| June 15, 2010 | Status Updates for FY11 due. |
| July 31, 2010 | Deadline for submitting Program Revision Requests, if needed. |
| August 31, 2010 | All funds must be encumbered or spent. See the “Terms and Conditions” section of your contract for details about liquidation of funds. |
| September 5, 2010 | Final Performance Reports due. |
| September 30, 2010 | Final Financial Status Reports due. |
Note: Grantees report according to the dollar amount of their Loan Star Libraries grant award. Libraries are accountable for the funds they receive and will have to submit both financial and performance reports. Please contact the Loan Star Libraries program manager with any questions.
