Consults with institutional librarians, public librarians, library systems, library governing authorities, and interested citizens to improve library management. Also consults with Texas librarians, library systems, library boards, and interested citizens in the areas of library operations and programming. Coordinates the Small Library Management Training Program, a series of workshops developed for non-MLS public library directors serving communities of less than 25,000.
