The Texas Group uses the "white" form for processing (TAT) statistics. Key components are the date the request was made by the patron and the date the material is received by the patron's borrowing library. This information is very important. Turnaround time is one of the measures that the Legislative Budget Board (LBB) reviews when determining funding for the interlibrary loan program in Texas. The State Library appreciates your cooperation in helping us calculate turnaround time for our reporting purposes!
