Newspaper Headlines

This image shows a sampling of the newspaper clippings that concerned Governor Connally when he was wounded in the Kennedy assassination, November 22, 1963. Copies of these articles can be seen at the Texas State Library and Archives in the Governor's Mansion Collection. Among the other items of interest to assassination researchers are the Court of Criminal Appeals briefs for the Jack Ruby trial, the report by the Texas Attorney General's office on the assassination, and several scrapbooks.
