The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) met on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 1 p.m., at the Texas Real Estate Commission, 1101 Camino La Costa, Austin, Texas.

After the adjournment of the Audit Committee, Chairman Pickett called the full commission to order at 4:25 p.m.
1. Recommendation regarding Internal Audit Services for FY09.
After scoring results for two audit firms, Garza/Gonzalez and Clifton Gunderson, LLP, were presented to the commission and after discussion, Commissioner McAfee moved to approve a one year contract with option for renewal for Clifton Gunderson, LLP for agency internal audit services. Commissioner Carr seconded. Motion passed.
With no further business to conduct, Chairman Pickett adjourned the meeting at 4:29 p.m.
